To provide a better user experience, we will settle TWD withdrawals daily at 10am starting October 17th.
TWD withdrawals that are submitted before 10:00 am will be processed within 0-1 business days.
TWD withdrawals that are submitted after 10:00 am will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Please note that business days means days that banks are open. TWD withdrawals can not be processed on banking holidays.
Withdrawals can take several days if a manual approval is required or when technical difficulties occur.
