Due to the wallet upgrade, MAX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal functions of some blockchain networks on 2024/01/16 between 11:00 ~ 12:00 (UTC+8).
The affected blockchain networks are as follows:
- Ethereum
- Polygon
- BSC
- Arbitrum
- Ethereum Classic
If you operate deposits during the upgrade period, they will be credited to your account after the wallet upgrade is completed. You will NOT be able to submit withdrawal requests by these blockchain networks during this period. Other blockchain networks are not affected.
