Customer service and storefronts will operate as usual during Dragon Boat Festival Day from 5/30 to 6/1, and all the functions of MAX platform are normal.
Please note that any TWD withdrawal request which made after 11am on 5/29 will be processed on next business day on 6/2.
For withdrawals from MAX to the Bankee Trading Account:
- Requests made between 11:00 AM and 3:29 PM on 5/29 will be credited by 9:30 AM on 6/2.
- Requests made after 3:30 PM on 5/29 and before 11:00 AM on 6/2 will be credited by 15:00 PM on 6/2.
