Please use the "Withdraw" function to withdraw your cryptocurrencies. The withdrawal steps are as follows:
- Wallet > Select the coin you want to withdraw > Withdraw > Add Contact > Enter Name and Receiving Address (If the coin you are withdrawing supports multiple protocols, please be sure to select the correct mainnet format) > Save > Entering the email verification code and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
- Click on the contact > Set the withdrawal amount > Confirm the withdrawal details/terms > Receive the 2FA code, and the withdrawal is successful upon correct verification.
Reminders:
There are many protocol for cryptocurrencies. Before withdrawing, please first confirm that the mainnet and address format are correct. Incorrect operation will result in asset loss.
Withdrawing to an external wallet takes approximately one to two hours, depending on the degree of blockchain congestion at the time. Please wait patiently.
Once cryptocurrency is withdrawn, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check all relevant information before withdrawing.
If the recipient contact is an Email, the asset can only be withdrawn to the corresponding account on MaiCoin.
For MaiCoin One account : if you enter the same Email as your own MaiCoin account for the recipient contact, the assets will be withdrawn to your MAX account.
