Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Sending to a wrong address (e.g., a different currency's address or a different blockchain network) will result in the permanent loss of your assets. Please always confirm the address is correct before sending. In the event of a deposit error, MaiCoin may be able to provide special assistance to manually recover the assets in certain cases. However, you will be responsible for an additional service fee and any related handling fees. Please contact customer support to confirm if Coin Scooping service is possible for your specific case.
Service Fee: TWD 5,000. Additionally, any miner fees incurred during the coin scooping process will be borne by the applicant.
Processing Time: We will notify you of the result by the 10th of the second month following the successful acceptance of your application.
Example: If your recovery application is successfully accepted on May 3rd, you will be notified of the result by July 10th.

MaiCoin will begin the recovery process and issue an invoice after confirming that all documents and payments have been correctly received.
