In response to illegal issues such as money laundering and fraud based on the standard established by Taiwan Blockchain SRO, MAX exchange has reached the conclusion with regulators and our banking partner that relevant adjustments will be made for our TWD fund functions.
Effective immediately, all user TWD funds to KGI custodial account are withheld for 48 hours. The fund will be available for order placements and withdrawals after the 48-hour window upon the completion of legal clearance.
