2020/07/01 MAX will adjust deposit/withdrawal limitations into 24-hour basis

Dear Users,

MAX will adjust daily deposit/withdrawal limit calculation from a daily basis to a 24-hour basis.

For instance, if you reach the limit at 6 pm on 7/2, you will need to wait 24 hours until 6 PM on 7/3 before you can deposit/withdraw again.
