2020/07/01 MaiCoin will adjust daily buy/sell limitations into 24-hour basis

Dear Users,

MaiCoin will adjust daily buy/sell limit calculations from a daily basis to a 24-hour basis.
For instance, if you reach the the buy limit at 6 pm on 7/2, you will need to wait 24 hours until 6 PM on 7/3 before you can buy again.
