To enhance the overall security of our trading environment, starting from June 27, 2025, 00:00 (UTC+8), newly registered individual users will be subject to a two-tier TWD deposit limit system.Two-Tier Limit System Overview:

| New Individual Users (Registered from June 27, 2025) | 100,000 TWD | 100,000 TWD | 3,000,000 TWD |
| General Users (After upgrade) | 1,500,000 TWD | 2,000,000 TWD | 5,000,000 TWD |
Newly registered personal users must meet both of the following conditions to be upgraded to the "General User" limits in the following month:
- The account has been open for over 31 days.
- Monthly cumulative deposit amount reaching 500,000 TWD. (Note: MAX and MaiCoin platforms are calculated separately, with monthly recalculation of cumulative amounts)
Important Reminders:
- All corporate users and individual accounts registered before June 27, 2025 are not affected by these changes
- You can check your current applicable deposit limits anytime on the "TWD" - "Deposit" page
- The system will conduct monthly assessments at the end of each month to review users who meet the upgrade conditions. Successfully upgraded users will automatically have their limits adjusted to General User limits after approximately 14:00 (UTC+8) on the 1st of the following month. Once this qualification is met, it becomes permanently effective and will not be downgraded
- Example: If you register on June 28, 2025, and accumulate deposits of over 500,000 TWD in July, your account will be upgraded to General User deposit limits on August 1, 2025
