2020/12/29 MaiCoin Sell and TWD Balance withdrawal Limitation Adjustment

MaiCoin individual account sell and TWD Balance withdrawal limitation will be adjusted as below:
* NTD 1,000,000 per transaction
* NTD 2,000,000 per day (24-hour basis)
* NTD 5,000,000 per month

MaiCoin corporate account TWD withdrawal limitation will be adjusted as below:
* NTD 2,000,000 per transaction
* NTD 6,000,000 per day (24-hour basis)
* NTD 30,000,000 per month
