To optimize your account security, MaiCoin will implement changes regarding Two-Factor Authentication, major changes are listed below:
- Account login will require two-factor authentication via the selected authentication method.
- When initiating TWD balance withdrawal, resetting a password, two-factor authentication will be required in order to protect address information and login passwords against tampering.
If you have previously set up Authenticator App, please check whether your Authenticator App remains active before 1/25. If you are unable to retrieve the access to the Authenticator App, please contact customer service at info@maicoin.
Reminder: In order to secure your account assets, withdrawals will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours once the authentication method is modified.
