Dear MAX Users,
Ethereum’s consensus mechanism will be migrating from Proof-of-Work (PoW) to Proof-of-Stake (PoS). In order to ensure the safety of the users’ assets, deposits and withdrawals of ETH and ERC20 tokens will be suspended temporarily starting 09:30 a.m. on 2022/09/15 (Taiwan standard time). We will provide an update once the services resume.
Trading and transfers of all crypto and fiat assets that are not related to the Ethereum network will remain operational during above mentioned period.
There is a scenario where a forked token be produced during this upgrade. MAX would only support this forked token should its stability and liquidity meet our requirements. Customer is advised to plan accordingly before MAX suspends withdrawals.
To ensure the safety of the users’ assets, the post-merge block confirmations for deposits will be 64 confirmations.
