- What are the requirements to become a MaiCoin VIP member?
- Users with Lv. 2 individual or corporate accounts on MaiCoin.
- A total trading volume of at least NTD 3 million on the MaiCoin platform or other digital asset exchanges within the last 30 days
- How to apply for the MaiCoin VIP Program?
- Please email sales@maicoin.com for a copy of the application form. Fill in the form and provide proof of trading volume as email attachments. Once approved, you will become a MaiCoin VIP member.
- How to maintain the MaiCoin VIP membership?
- MaiCoin VIP members must maintain a quarterly trading volume of at least NTD 3 million. Failure to meet the requirement will result in automatic cancellation of the membership. Members can reapply based on their needs.
- Note: Your eligibility to the program is reassess quarterly. If applied in the middle of a quarter, the assessment will start from the next quarter. For example, if you are approved on March 1st, your eligibility for renewal will be based on volume traded from April 1st to June 30th.
- Note: MaiCoin platform will conduct regular anti-money laundering checks and any abnormal customers will have their membership automatically canceled.
