If you deposited BNB, BSC-BTC, BSC-ETH, or BSC-USDT after 9 a.m. (UTC+8) on June 9th, the funds will be credited to your account gradually. If you have not received a deposit notification after one hour, please provide the transaction Hash to our customer service email. We will process and investigate the issue as soon as possible.
We would also like to remind you that, due to the current market volatility and to ensure the safety of user assets and maintain stable platform operations, we will stop supporting the deposit and withdrawal of BEP20 related coins (BSC-BTC, BSC-ETH, BSC-USDT) starting from 12 a.m. (UTC+8) on June 16th.
Please be aware that you should not use BSC for transactions after the suspension of deposit and withdrawal services. We support other mainnets for sending and receiving, and we encourage you to utilize them.
