To support the upgrade from MATIC to the POL contract address, and to ensure the safety of user assets, trading for the MATIC/USDT and MATIC/TWD pairs will be temporarily suspended from 9/4 (Wed.) 13:00(UTC+8). During the conversion period. Additionally, related buy and sell functions will also be paused. The resumption time for trading services will be announced later. Other cryptocurrencies will not be affected.
The impacted MATIC functions are as follows:
- The buy and sell trading functions on the MATIC/TWD and MATIC/USDT pairs will be suspended. During this period, you may still cancel open orders.
- The convert function will be suspended.
- Grid trading bots running on the MATIC/TWD and MATIC/USDT pairs will be forcibly terminated when trading is suspended, with the remaining balance returned to your spot account.
The MATIC staking function will not be affected. The platform will handle the necessary technical details, and you will still be able to stake, unlock, and claim staking rewards during the trading suspension period.
