Customer service will operate as usual on Mid-Autumn Festival from (9/17), and all the functions of MAX platform are normal.
Please note that any TWD withdrawal which request after 11am on 9/16 will be processed on next business day on 9/18.
For withdrawals from MAX to the Bankee Trading Account:
- Requests made between 11:00 AM and 3:29 PM on 9/16 will be credited by 9:30 AM on 9/18.
- Requests made after 3:30 PM on 9/16 and before 11:00 AM on 9/18 will be credited by 15:00 PM on 9/18.
