Customer service will operate as usual on Double Tenth Day (10/10), and all the functions of MAX platform are normal.
Please note that any TWD withdrawal which request after 11am on 10/9 will be processed on next business day on 10/11.
For withdrawals from MAX to the Bankee Trading Account:
- Requests made between 11:00 AM and 3:29 PM on 10/9 will be credited by 9:30 AM on 10/11.
- Requests made after 3:30 PM on 10/9 and before 11:00 AM on 10/11 will be credited by 15:00 PM on 10/11.
