If you mistakenly deposit funds to old XLM address between 03/01 00:00 and 03/31 23:59, please contact customer service and provide your deposit transaction number for verification. Upon confirmation, your assets will be credited to your account before 04/15.

If you mistakenly deposit assets to the old XLM address, unsupported address after 2025/04/01 00:00, recovery will be handled according to the recovery process, and a processing fee will be charged.
