Customer service and Bade Business Office （MaiCoin Taipei Store）will operate as usual duringTaiwan Retrocession Day from 10/24 to 10/26, and all the functions of MAX platform are normal.
Please note that any TWD withdrawal request which made after 11am on 10/23 will be processed on next business day on 10/27.
For withdrawals from MAX to the Bankee Trading Account:
- Requests made between 11:00 AM and 3:29 PM on 10/23 will be credited by 9:30 AM on 10/27.
- Requests made after 3:30 PM on 10/23 and before 11:00 AM on 10/27 will be credited by 15:00 PM on 10/27.
