During the 2026 Lunar New Year holidays, the MAX platform system and trading functions will remain fully operational. However, please note the following adjustments to our customer service and withdrawal operations:
I. Store & Customer Service Schedule
- Holiday Closure:From Feb 14 (Sat). to Feb 22 (Sun). The Bade Business Office(MaiCoin Taipei Store) and our Customer Support team will be closed during this period.
- Suspended Services:Phone support and online text support/messaging functions will be unavailable.
- Resumption of Service:We will resume full services starting at 10:00 on Feb 23 (Mon).
II. Withdrawal & Sending Operations
- TWD Withdrawals:Due to bank operating hours, TWD withdrawal requests submitted after 11:00 (UTC+8) on Feb 13 (Fri) will be processed sequentially starting Feb 23 (Mon) when banks resume operations.
- Cryptocurrency Withdrawals:Transactions requiring manual review will be processed sequentially after the holiday. Please expect a processing time of 2–5 business days upon our return.
