MaiCoin Device Authorization Tutorial

To protect the security of your account, when you log in to your account from a new IP address or device, MaiCoin will send an email requesting you to confirm authorization for this device. This is to ensure that the login action is performed by you and thus enhances the security of your account.

Logging in via Mobile APP

  1. Open the APP > Enter your account and password > Log in > A screen will pop up requiring device verification.

  2. Please log in to your registered email account > The system will send an email with the subject line: [MaiCoin] Authorize New Device Login.

  3. Please open this email > View the 9-digit verification code > And enter it on the APP's verification page within 10 minutes.

  4. After completing the above steps, a "Device Verification Successful" screen will appear > Please click "Log in again" > Enter your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code to successfully log in to the platform!

Reminder: If the screen shows an error message "Incorrect verification code," please delete the old authorization email, go back to the APP to click "Resend" (as indicated in the image below), and use the new verification code to successfully authorize the device.

Logging in via Computer Webpage

  1. After entering your account and password from the new device, click Log in. The screen will proceed to new device verification and prompt that an email has been sent to your registered mailbox.

  2. Open your registered email account. The system will send an email with the subject line: [MaiCoin] Authorize New Device Login. Open the email and view the 9-digit verification code inside.

  3. Return to the MaiCoin page and enter the verification code. A "Device Verification Successful" screen will appear. Click "Log in again" to complete the process!

If you still cannot log in after completing the steps, please check the following situations and try again:

  • The verification code has an expiration time. If you do not enter the code within ten minutes, please log in again to have the system resend a valid email to you.

  • You must enter the verification code from the latest email. If you are unsure which one is the latest email, it is recommended to delete all of them and restart the process.
