- Photo ID is required for verification. The file size must not exceed 10 MB. Only accept uploading JPEG, JPG &PNG file.
- The following supplemental ID's are accepted:
- Universal healthcare card
- Driver's license
- Passport
- Clear photos
- Colored photo
- Complete information
- Passport must be within the valid date
- Phone bill statement (must be within 3 months)
- The phone number appearing on the statement must be the same as the one you used to register.
- The statement must show both the phone number and the user's name.
- Electronic statements are accepted.
- It is acceptable if your service provider censors a few digits of your phone number as long as it is sufficient for MaiCoin to validate.

- If you’re a citizen of Taiwan, please hold Taiwan ID.
- If not a citizen of Taiwan, please hold ARC/passport
- Holding a paper note that states “Only for MaiCoin registration, 20YY/MM/DD”
If uploading from the MaiCoin APP, you only need to hold your ID (no paper required).
- How to register my bank account info？
- Please refer to the cover of your bank account passbook. You must provide the account holder's name, account number, and the correct branch code as they appear on the cover of your passbook. Some banks will use the first three or four digits of the branch code as the prefix of your account number. Do not omit these digits. Incorrect bank information will result in the fund being returned and delay of the transfer to the next business day.
- How long does identity verification take?
- We will complete your identity verification process within 3 to 5 business days. In special circumstances, the verification time may be extended. Furthermore, platform review is conducted based on the time of upload, so please wait patiently.
- The bank verification process will only begin on the business day immediately following the completion of identity verification, as the bank is the final verification item. Bank verification takes 1 to 2 business days, and the deposit and withdrawal function will be activated 2 business days after the bank verification is complete.
- The mobile phone number used for a MaiCoin account is not restricted to a single account use.
