If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to reset it.

Enter your two-factor authentication (2FA) code > Click "Submit". The process is complete when the "Password Reset Successful" notification appears. Please try logging in with your new password.

For security reasons, your withdrawal function will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours after your password has been reset.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and meet the required strength criteria.
