- After my yield product matures, how long will it take to receive my principal and yield?
After the product matures, your principal and yield will typically be returned to your spot wallet within two hours. If you have not received your assets after this processing time, please contact customer support. - How is the expected return calculated?
- Subscription Amount: The original quantity of crypto subscribed.
- Product Return: Subscription Amount × Expected APR × Term Duration (in days) / 365.
- Example: If you subscribe with 10,000 USDT for a 7-day term at a 5% expected APR, you will receive back your 10,000 USDT plus a return of: 10,000 × 5% × (7 / 365) = 9.58904109. (The calculation is carried to the 8th decimal place, and any digits from the 9th decimal place onward are truncated).
- If you have selected to auto-renew this product, upon maturity, the yield will be returned to your Spot Wallet, and the original principal amount will be automatically re-subscribed into the next available product.
- Will the expected APR for the auto-renewed product be the same as the current product？
Not necessarily. The expected APR for each auto-renewed product will be announced at 12:00 PM (noon) on the day before the renewal lock-up period begins. If the expected APR changes, you will be notified via Email. You may decide whether to cancel the auto-renewal before the lock-up period starts. - Can the expected APR change?
The expected APR for each product is subject to change. You can always confirm the information for each product before you decide to subscribe. - How do I check my yield subscription history?
After a successful subscription, you can go to wallet > History > Transfers to find a record showing "Yield Wallet".
Once the subscription term begins, you can go to Wallet > History > yield to find records of "Yield Starting Soon" / "Subscription Successful". - What is auto-renewal?
If a customer checks the "Auto-Renew" option for this product, MaiCoin will return the yield to your Spot Wallet upon the product's maturity, and the original principal amount will be automatically re-subscribed into the next available product.
The auto-renewal amount will be directly included in the next term's subscribed quantity. You can view the current term's remaining quota on the subscription page.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
Go to Wallet > yield. Find the subscription term you wish to modify, and simply toggle off the "auto-renew" switch. The switch turning gray indicates that the cancellation was successful.
Can I redeem a subscribed product early?
We currently do not offer an online early redemption feature. If you need to redeem early, please contact MaiCoin Customer Support at info@maicoin.com, and a specialist will assist you with the process.
Upon early termination, you will forfeit the product's declared expected returns and will be required to pay an early termination fee equivalent to 1% of your original subscription amount.
The minimum early termination fees are as follows:
USDT：If the calculated 1% fee is less than 10 USDT, a minimum fee of 10 USDT will be charged.
BTC: If the calculated 1% fee is less than 0.0003 BTC, a minimum fee of 0.0003 BTC will be charged.
ETH：If the calculated 1% fee is less than 0.003 ETH, a minimum fee of 0.003 ETH will be charged.
USDC：If the calculated 1% fee is less than 10 USDC, a minimum fee of 10 USDC will be charged.
Please note：
If the balance in your [Product Name] Wallet is insufficient to cover the early termination fee, the entire remaining balance in that wallet will be deducted.
After deducting the early termination fee, MaiCoin will return the remaining principal to you on the next business day following the completion of your request with customer support.
For products that are not lending-based, the early termination fee will be subject to the terms of the specific agreement signed at the time of subscription.
