2025/01/20 Discontinuing Support for ADA Withdrawals to Addresses Starting with Ae2 or DdzFF

Dear Users,

Effective 2025/02/06 (Wed), our platform will no longer support Cardano (ADA) addresses that begin with "Ae2" or "DdzFF." Please note that deposits to these addresses will remain unaffected.

If you are using a Byron format address, we recommend updating it to a different format before the specified date. Any unused Byron addresses will automatically expire and be removed from your address list after 2025/02/06.

To ensure seamless withdrawals of your assets, we encourage you to update your address promptly. Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
