As previously announced on 2025/01/09, and 2025/01/24, the TRC20-USDT deposit address was updated on 2025/01/13.
TRC20-USDT, ADA, DOGE, DOT, SOL, GMT, and SPL-USDC old addresses are no longer supported for deposits.
To provide users with a transition period, MaiCoin is offering a free coin recovery service until 2025/03/31. If you mistakenly deposit funds to old addresses between 03/01 00:00 and 03/31 23:59, please contact customer service and provide your deposit transaction number for verification. Upon confirmation, your assets will be credited to your account before 04/15.
Please immediately check your latest deposit address by navigating to: Wallet → USDT → Deposit → TRON-TRC20
Make sure to update your USDT deposit address on any external platforms you use. Before making any deposits, please verify and update your deposit address to ensure your funds are credited correctly.
Additionally, if you have sent currencies to the old addresses for ADA, DOGE, DOT, SOL, GMT, SPL-USDC, please contact our customer service and provide the transaction number, and we will assist you with processing.
Important Reminder:
If you mistakenly deposit assets to the old, unsupported address after 2025/04/01 00:00, recovery will be handled according to the recovery process, and a processing fee will be charged.
