Customer service and Bade Business Office（MaiCoin Taipei Store）will operate as usual during Mid-Autumn Festival from 10/4 to 10/6, and all the functions of MaiCoin platform are normal.

Please note that any TWD withdrawal which request after 3:00 PM and USD withdrawal which request after 12:00 PM on 10/3, will be processed on next business day on 10/7.
