Customer service and Bade Business Office（MaiCoin Taipei Store）will operate as usual during Double Tenth Day from 10/10 to 10/12, and all the functions of MaiCoin platform are normal.

Please note that any TWD withdrawal which request after 3:00 PM and USD withdrawal which request after 12:00 PM on 10/9, will be processed on next business day on 10/13.
