Dear MAX Users,
To further ensure the security of your assets and prevent loss due to incorrect address entry, MAX is upgrading the withdrawal address verification mechanism for EVM-compatible chains (such as Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, etc.).
In blockchain transactions, mistakenly transferring a token back to its own "Token Contract Address" results in the funds being permanently locked and unrecoverable.
- New Validation: From Feb 5, 2026, the system will automatically detect if a new withdrawal address matches the token's contract address. If a match is found, an error will be displayed, and the addition will be blocked.
- Data Cleanup: To prevent accidental use, starting from Feb 5, 2026, the system will remove token contract addresses from user withdrawal address lists.
We strongly advise you to double-check that your destination address is a valid personal wallet or exchange deposit address before withdrawing.
