Customer service and Bade Business Office （MaiCoin Taipei Store） will operate as usual during Tomb Sweeping Day from 4/3 to 4/6, and all the functions of MAX platform are normal.
Please note that any TWD withdrawal request which made after 11am on 4/2 will be processed on next business day on 4/7.
For withdrawals from MAX to the Bankee Trading Account:
- Requests made between 11:00 AM and 3:29 PM on 4/2 will be credited by 9:30 AM on 4/7..
- Requests made after 3:30 PM on 4/2 and before 11:00 AM on 4/7 will be credited by 15:00 PM on 4/7.
