If you transfer funds from your linked (bound) bank account:
- If the payment amount is > (greater than) the order amount: The order will be completed, and the excess amount will be credited to your TWD balance. 
- If the payment amount is < (less than) the order amount: The order will not be completed, and the entire transferred amount will be credited to your TWD balance. 
If your transaction fails because you used a non-linked bank account or a third-party payment app:
Please contact customer support by emailing info@maicoin.com or calling 02-2722-1314 to request a manual refund. We will return the funds to your original bank account within 1-3 business days after the refund request is processed. Please note that a TWD 30 handling fee for the inter-bank transfer will be deducted from the refund amount.
