After successfully placing an order and completing the transfer from your bound bank account, you will see the cryptocurrency in your "Wallet" within 15 minutes.

If you encounter occasional system reconciliation delays, please do not cancel the order and wait patiently for reconciliation to complete. The system will process the transaction based on the price at the time the order was placed.
