Bade Business Office (MaiCoin Taipei Store) and customer service will be closed on on Thursday, Jan 1, 2026, for the New Year’s holiday. All MAX platform functions will remain fully operational during this period.
Please note that any TWD withdrawal which request after 11am on 12/31 will be processed on next business day on 1/2.
For withdrawals from MAX to the Bankee Trading Account:
- Requests made between 11:00 AM and 3:29 PM on 12/31 will be credited by 9:30 AM on 1/2.
- Requests made after 3:30 PM on 12/31 and before 11:00 AM on 1/2 will be credited by 3:00 PM on 1/2
