During the 2026 Lunar New Year holidays, the MaiCoin platform system and trading functions will remain fully operational. However, please note the following adjustments to our customer service and withdrawal operations due to bank holidays:
I. Store & Customer Service Schedule
- Holiday Closure： From Feb 14 (Sat). to Feb 22 (Sun). The Bade Business Office（MaiCoin Taipei Store) and our Customer Support team will be closed during this period.
- Suspended Services：Phone support and online text support/messaging functions will be unavailable.
- Resumption of Service： We will resume full services starting at 10:00 on Feb 23 (Mon).
II. Sending & Withdrawal Operations
To ensure you receive your funds before the holiday, please submit your TWD or USD withdrawal requests before the cut-off times listed below.
- TWD Withdrawals：Requests submitted after 15:00 on Feb 13 (Fri) will be processed sequentially starting Feb 23 (Mon) when banks resume operations.
- USD Withdrawals：
- Requests submitted before 12:00 on Feb 13 (Fri) are expected to be credited by 12:00 on Feb 14 (Sat).
- Requests submitted after 12:00 on Feb 13 (Fri) will be processed sequentially starting Feb 23 (Mon) when banks resume operations.
- Cryptocurrency Sending：Transactions requiring manual review will be processed sequentially after the holiday. Please expect a processing time of 2–5 business days upon our return.
