Under normal circumstances, the system will automatically process your withdrawal requests and broadcast them to the blockchain. A standard processing time of 1 to 2 hours is expected.
However, processing may take longer if any of the following situations occur:
- If the comprehensive risk assessment of your withdrawal is deemed too high, manual review will be required, which may take several business days (depending on the current case volume).
- If you receive an email notification indicating that manual review is required, please contact Customer Support and we will assist you as soon as possible.
- When blockchain network congestion occurs, or when the MAX hot wallet balance is insufficient and requires manual replenishment.
