How do I authorize a new device for my MAX account?

To protect your account, MAX requires you to confirm any login attempt from a new IP address or device. This ensures the login was performed by you and enhances your account's security.

Please follow these steps when logging in from a new device:

APP

  1. Open the APP > Enter your account email and password > Tap Log In.

  2. A "New Device Verification" screen will appear.

  3. Log in to your registered email inbox.

  4. The system will send you an email with the subject line: "[MAX Exchange] Authorize This Device" (or similar).

  5. Open this email, find the 9-digit verification code, and copy it.

  6. Return to the MAX APP, enter the 9-digit verification code, and log in again. You should then be able to access the platform successfully.
