Steps to Deposit TWD：
Log in to your MAX account > Click on Wallet > Select TWD and then click on Deposit. Here shown your assigned deposit bank account number for TWD deposits.
Before proceeding with your deposit, please carefully review the following limits：
- Per Transaction Limit：1,500,000 TWD
- Daily Limit：2,000,000 TWD (resets daily at 00:00 UTC+8)
- Monthly Limit：5,000,000 TWD
- Please transfer from your verified bank account to the assigned deposit account by banking APP or ATM
- Unsupported Deposit Methods：
- Cash deposits
- Over-the-counter bank transfers
- Transfers from any unverified bank account (including corporate accounts)
- Third-party payment services

If your deposit fails to be credited to your account, please contact customer service to arrange a refund. Once the refund request is successfully processed, the funds will be returned to your original bank account within 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that a cross-bank transfer fee of 30 TWD will be deducted from the refunded amount.
