Under normal circumstances, our system automatically processes withdrawal requests and submits them to the blockchain. A standard processing time of 1-2 hours is considered normal.
However, longer processing times may be required in the following situations:
1. Manual Review：If the value of your withdrawal exceeds a specific threshold or if it is flagged by our risk management system, a manual review is required. This process may take up to 1 business day.
2. External Factors：Delays can also occur due to issues such as high congestion on the blockchain network or instances where the MAX exchange hot wallet balance is insufficient and requires a manual refill.
