What happens if I deposit crypto to the wrong address?

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Sending funds to an address designed for a different cryptocurrency or on a different blockchain network (e.g., sending BSC-based tokens to an ETH address) will result in the permanent loss of your assets.

Please double-check and triple-check that the deposit address is correct before you confirm any transaction. If you are unsure whether an address can receive a specific token, please contact our customer support team for confirmation before sending.

Asset Recovery Service for Incorrect Deposits

In some limited circumstances where a deposit error has occurred, MAX may be able to offer a manual asset recovery attempt as a special service. However, you will be required to pay a service fee plus any associated network fees.

Please contact our customer support first to determine if a recovery attempt is possible for your specific case.

  • Service Fee:5,000 TWD. Additionally, any miner/network fees incurred during the recovery process will be borne by the applicant.

  • Processing Time:After your application is successfully accepted, we will notify you of the outcome by the 10th of the second following month.

  • For example:if your application is accepted on May 3rd, you will be notified of the result by July 10th.

  • How to Apply:Please email our customer support to request an asset recovery application form. You will need to complete the fee payment and fill out the form according to the instructions provided. Once MAX confirms that the documents and payment are correct, the recovery process will be initiated, and an official invoice will be issued.
