When you withdraw cryptocurrency from MAX to an external wallet, the transaction is not broadcast from your individual deposit address. MAX sends transactions from its own central wallets.
Therefore, we recommend using the Transaction ID (TXID), not the "From" address, to search on a block explorer. The TXID will provide the most accurate status and details for your withdrawal.
