If MAX Exchange has completed a cryptocurrency delisting process and you did not manage your crypto within the specified timeframe, you may still have a balance of that delisted asset in your wallet.
You can apply for a manual withdrawal of the delisted balance by contacting our customer support via email.
Once MAX confirms that your application documents are correct and the service fee has been received, we will process the withdrawal and issue an invoice for the fee.
Service Fee: 150 TWD (or 5 USDT)
Processing Time: Applications submitted within the current month will be processed by the end of the following month.
