You can request to delete your account either via the MAX App or by sending an email directly to max@maicoin.com.
Reminders：
If you initiate the request through the APP, we will send an application form to your registered email address within 1 business day. Please check your inbox and reply with the completed application documents.
Account deletion is irreversible. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and the same email address cannot be used to register again. Furthermore, any referrals linked to the original account will not be retained.
APP Instructions
Open the MAX APP > Profile > Delete Account > Confirm.
Check your registered email inbox for an email with the subject line： "[ MAX ] Account Deletion Application".
Reply to that email with the completed application documents.
Once we have received your complete submission, the account deletion process will be finalized within 1-3 business days.
