You can request account deletion in the MAX app. Please follow the steps below:
- Please ensure that your account balance is zero, or the remaining balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount (less than 30 TWD).
- Open the MAX app, tap User in the bottom-right corner > Delete Account > Confirm.
- If your account does not meet the criteria for self-service deletion, the platform will send an application form to your email within 1 business day. Please check your inbox for [ MAX ] Account Deletion Application Form and reply with the required documents. Once the documents are fully submitted, we will complete the account deletion process within 1 to 3 business days.
- If you cannot log in to delete the account yourself, please email max@maicoin.com to submit your request.
Please note: Once deleted, an account cannot be restored, and the same email address cannot be used for registration again. Any referees bound to the previous account will not be retained.
