Why did my TWD deposit fail?

Please check the following in order:

  1. Did you use your verified bank account? You must transfer funds from the exact bank account that has been verified on the MAX platform. Deposits from an unverified or different account will fail.

  2. Did you recently change your linked bank account? If you have just applied to change your linked bank account, the new account requires approximately 2-4 business days for review and activation.

    • You can check the current status and review progress on the APP > Wallet > TWD > Deposit page.

  3. Does your bank account have transfer restrictions? Please contact your bank's customer service to confirm if your account has any daily/per-transaction transfer limits or other restrictions that might be blocking the transfer.

  4. Did you use an ATM? If you attempted the transfer via an ATM, we recommend trying again using your bank's online banking APP or website.

If you have confirmed all the points above and are still unable to make a deposit, please prepare one of the following items and contact our customer service:

  • A screenshot of the error message from your bank (showing the transfer details).

  • The ATM transaction receipt.
