Why are my deposited funds locked?

Your funds may be locked and require a refund for the following main reasons:

  1. You have exceeded the daily or monthly deposit limit.

  2. You have exceeded the per-transaction deposit limit.a

  3. Your account level is insufficient for the amount you deposited.

Please contact customer service and provide your transaction details to process a refund. Once the refund request is accepted, the funds will be returned to your original bank account within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays).In special circumstances requiring a manual refund, a TWD 30 fee will be charged per refund transaction.
