How do I change my linked bank account?

Important Reminder:Changing your linked bank account requires a re-verification process, which typically takes 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that TWD deposit and withdrawal functions will only be enabled 2 business days after the verification is complete. During this processing period, all TWD-related services will be unavailable.

Instructions for Entering Bank Details:

Please provide the Account Name, Account Number, and Branch Code exactly as they appear in your bank passbook.

Some banks include the 3 or 4-digit branch code as the beginning of the account number. Please do not omit these digits; enter the full number as shown.

When selecting branch information, please prioritize matching the Branch Code. If you cannot find your specific branch in the system, please do not select an incorrect branch. Instead, contact Customer Support for assistance.

App Instructions:

1. Log in to the App.

2. Tap Profile (bottom right corner).

3. Select Bank Account.

4. Tap Settings

5. Select Change to a new bank account.

6. Enter your new bank details and tap Submit.
