How do I enable Google Authenticator (GA) 2FA?

Please follow the steps to enable the two-factor authentication：

1. Install Google Authenticator or Auth APP to your phone

2. Login MaiCoin then select profile> Two Factor Authentication > Authentication App

3. Open the Google Authenticator or Auth App, then click the "+" and scan the QR code

4. After setting up, the screen shows "You have finished setting up the Authentication App"
