- MaiCoin crypto redemption codes are only for use by MaiCoin members. (If you have not yet become a member, please register as a member before proceeding with the redemption. If you have any questions regarding registration, please refer to the For New Users' section.)
- All redemption codes have an expiration date. Please redeem them before the deadline specified in the event rules. Expired codes will be invalid and will not be reissued.
- Redemption code pricing method: If you are redeeming crypto equivalent to TWD XXX, the number of token you receive will be calculated based on the platform rate at the time of redemption.
- Depending on the specific event rules, the number of codes and the number of redemptions allowed per person may vary. Please refer to the event description for details.
Please follow the instructions below to redeem your code:
Log in to the APP and tap "Me" in the bottom-right corner.
Tap "Redemption Code".
Enter or scan the redemption code > Tap "Submit Code" > "Redeem Now".
After the redemption is complete, you can check the deposit record in your History.
