Please log in and follow the steps below:
Click on Profile (located at the bottom right corner) > Payment Method > Change Bank Account > Change > Enter the new bank information > Bind Your Bank Account. After completing the input, please wait for the review process.
Reminders:
Modifying the bank account requires a re-review, which takes 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). The deposit function will only be enabled 2 business days after the verification is complete. During this period, TWD related functions will be unavailable.
After you set up your bank account, we will deposit NT$1 into the account to confirm its accuracy.
Please refer to the cover of your bank passbook to ensure that the account number and branch name are correct, and confirm that the name of the account holder matches the account name you set up on MaiCoin.
Some banks use three or four digits of the branch code as the beginning of the account number; please do not omit them.
Please select the bank branch according to the branch code (not the branch name). Your bank may change the branch name at any time, so the branch name is for reference only. If you find that your branch code is not in our list, please contact us and do not select another branch yourself.
