Why was the fund to my account returned?

There are two primary reasons that your NTD fund was returned:

1. The funds came from a different bank account than your verified bank account.  Please only send fund from your verified bank account.
2. When using ATM transfers, some cards will send information to our system that is not recognizable.  Please apply for the "Hide card number" feature at your local branch.
3. Your friends were sent from another bank's virtual account, which our system does not recognize.  The funds will be returned to the remitting account.
