My crypto withdrawal failed and was returned by the recipient. Why aren't the funds back in my account?

If you withdrew crypto from MAX and the transaction was subsequently returned to MAX by the receiving platform (for example, due to an incorrect address), the funds will not be credited automatically.

To resolve this, please email our customer support at max@maicoin.com with the following two pieces of information:

  1. The Transaction ID (TXID or Hash) of your original withdrawal from MAX.

  2. The Transaction ID (TXID or Hash) of the return transaction (the one that was sent back to MAX).
